No Fad Diets For The Bears
If you have taken the Hauser Diet Quiz and test out as a Bear, or if
you have actually gotten testing at Caring Medical, you now know
that you should be consuming a variety of foods, all in moderation.
Your body does best on a balanced diet, not on a high protein diet,
nor on a high carbohydrate diet.

Bears Must Watch For Overeating
Bears
may think they are the luckiest of all the Hauser Diets
because they get to dabble in every food
group, carbs, protein, and fat. However this can lead to
overeating. The more variety you have to choose from, the
more interesting food becomes, and the more you may take in.
Bears need to realize why they are eating. Some bears can
do just fine on two meals, while others may do better with
three. What is important for a Bear is that you only eat
when you are hungry. Don’t fall into the trap of stress
eating, or eating when you aren’t even hungry. This leads to
overeating and thus overweight. If this is you, consider
exercise to reduce stress.

4 Good Fats for a
Bear
Do you know what fats are best
for your Bear Diet? Because patients know that as a Bear
they can have a little bit of everything, we think they tend
to lose focus on what would be best for them. Even though
foods such as margarine, bacon, and mayonnaise fall into the
fat category, should those be the fats that are part of your
daily diet? Maybe not. Not all fats are equal. Think
carefully and make smart choices to help get the most out of
the foods you eat. The most basic rule would be to limit or
eliminate your intake of trans/hydrogenated fats. Choose
fats that will provide you with other nutritional benefits.
Below is a guideline to good fat choices for an Bear.
